I always prefer an atmosphere that leads to my personal growth and learning. And I must say that at RR Global, I am getting value addition to my career . Here I am learning new ways and techniques that are helping me grow my skills while contributing and adding value to the company’s growth. No day is ever the same and for me, it’s the diversity that makes it more enjoyable to work with RR Global.

Working at RR Kabel for the past 3 years has been a wholesome experience. I’ve had the opportunity to learn about various subjects, enhance my skill sets and grow both professionally and personally. The environment at the organization has always been friendly and professional. I look forward to many more years at an organisation that has already given me so much.

Working at RR Global has been an excellent experience over the past three years. Work culture has been very open as superiors give you complete freedom to share your innovative ideas and implement them for enhanced growth of the company. Peers and colleagues are approachable for any kind of support. The company recognizes efforts and motivates and rewards employees at timely intervals. RR Global has taken adequate care of employees during the Covid-19 period from a financial, medical, and emotional point of view. HR practices have been very good as the department takes several initiatives for the emotional and intellectual growth of the employees. I am proud to be associated with such a wonderful company that is home to me.

First, I would like to thank Kabra Ji’s family for establishing RR Kabel. My journey in this company started on Feb 2021, and while working here, I have learned new things and developed my skills. Senior colleagues at RR Kabel are supportive and treat the subordinates as extended family. RR has given me the best opportunities for my career growth. I am proud to be a part of RR Kabel.

1. Extremely professional yet friendly. This extracts unique ideas and abilities from a professional.

2. There are set targets but never under pressure as most of them are achieved by sheer teamwork
Q3. How has RR Global helped you develop your career?
3. It has helped me to think outside the box, never considered my job as a 9 to 5 job but always considered it as my own business. This has brought out entrepreneurial skills with me.
Q4. Your most memorable event/incidence in the company which you always cherish.
4. There have been many to jot down any one but yes I do have a special memory of completing one tough export consignment in very tough and extreme conditions.

Due to above scenario, I could accomplish professional growth with enthusiasm, zeal and hard work without creating any barriers due to my educational qualifications.
Q4. Your most memorable event/incidence in the company which you always cherish.
Obviously, memories are those event, incidence or happening (may be good or bad), which has created/impact on our life. We come across many people who created blue prints in our mind. With my interaction and knowledge sharing with very few (without quoting the name) have groomed me from scratch to today what I am. They are in my memories.
Also for me, every day is a memorable day when I complete my task to its fullest.
